Cancellation policy

You can skip, pause or cancel your Andriani monthly chocolate subscription at any time by signing in to your account and clicking Manage Subscription, or by contacting us at hello@andrianico.com

To stop your next box, please cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in your account. Boxes that have already been paid for and dispatched cannot be cancelled.

As chocolate is a perishable food product, it cannot be returned once delivered. If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
