We carefully prepare and pack every Andriani Chocolate order to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal or courier service selected.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Warm Weather

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During periods of unusually warm weather, we may delay dispatch to protect the quality of your chocolate. If this affects your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Problems

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. If your parcel arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@andrianico.com, quoting your order number.

We will do our best to resolve any delivery problems promptly.
