Velluto is our 50% dark milk chocolate, bringing together the depth of dark chocolate with the softness and creaminess of milk chocolate.

With a higher cocoa content than a traditional milk chocolate, Velluto has a rich cocoa character balanced by a smooth, velvety finish. Made with lactose-free whole milk powder, it is indulgent without being overly sweet.

Made slowly in small batches at Andriani Chocolate, Velluto is refined to develop its smooth texture before being tempered and moulded into our signature bars.
