Fondente is our bold 70% dark chocolate, created for those who enjoy a deeper cocoa character with a clean, balanced finish.

Crafted with cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and sugar, it delivers an intense cocoa flavour while remaining smooth and refined.

Made slowly in small batches at Andriani Chocolate, Fondente is refined to develop its smooth texture before being tempered and moulded into our signature bars.
